RECENT UPGRADES AT SOUTHPOINT

• Barn Flooring: Put an "Equi Grip" asphault mixture on all of our Barn Floors Slipping has reduced 100%
• LED Lighting throughout all areas now. All Barns and all Arenas now 100% LED Lighting
• Pavilion Video Boards: After purchasing a brand new video board for our main arena, we purchased smaller video boards for each Pavilion Arena.
• Named 2019 Equestrian Facility of the Year by the League of Agricultural and Equine Centers
• DAS System throughout the property. All cell phones should be operable property-wide, including barns, with the exception of Sprint. Sprint is awaiting their merger with T-Mobile before this will happen.
• Room Remodel complete - all rooms in the hotel finally finished after 18 months. Suites will be remodeled in 2020/2021.
• Complete Buffet Remodel
• Mr. Gaughan purchased an additional 35 acres to the South of our property for additional horse trailor parking and ancillary events.
• Outdoor Arena - covered and partially enclosed just outside of our indoor practice arena. Hopefully finished by November 1, 2020.
